Standard One-Year Warranty
WoodStarter guarantees that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal indoor conditions for a period of one year from the original purchase date.
Warranty Details:
- Non-Transferable: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another party.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase from WoodStarter or an authorized dealer is required to access warranty services.
- Handling Fees: Customers are responsible for any handling fees associated with warranty claims.
- Warranty Claims: To initiate a warranty claim, please reach out to us at support@woodstarter.com.
Coverage Provided by This Limited Warranty:
We ensure that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship when used as directed in the product’s user manual during the Warranty Period. Proper use and maintenance instructions are available inside each product package.
During the warranty period, WoodStarter may, at its discretion, provide a refurbished or replacement product of equal value at no additional cost, except for any applicable handling, packing, and insurance fees which the customer must cover. Replacement is contingent upon verification of the defect or malfunction and requires proof of purchase, including the model number from the original sales receipt.
What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover:
This warranty does not cover any damages that arise directly or indirectly from:
- Misuse or Abuse: Damage resulting from improper use, negligence, accidents, or shipping incidents.
- Improper Maintenance: Conditions caused by incorrect or insufficient maintenance or care.
- Combination with Other Products: Issues caused by using the product in combination with other items not intended by WoodStarter.
- Unauthorized Repairs: Repairs performed by unauthorized service technicians.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Routine deterioration from regular use.
Open Box & Clearance Items:
- Open Box Items: These are products with damaged packaging or those not deemed suitable for sale as new. Each Open Box item is tested by our team to ensure functionality.
- Warranty for Open Box: Open Box items come with a 6-month warranty, which is shorter than the standard 12-month warranty for new products. They are not eligible for any warranty extensions that apply to new items.
- Sales Terms: Returns for Open Box items are not accepted due to cosmetic damage or non-performance-related issues. All sales of Open Box items are final, and refunds or returns are not available unless the item is defective upon arrival. If you receive a defective Open Box item, please contact us at support@woodstarter.com to arrange a replacement.
